Great food, great selection & very authentic, which isn't always the case in Launceston. It's very hard to find decent restaurants here & there are plenty of fake Italian & Chinese, for example so it is heaven to find the real thing! Saigon Kitchen does not disappoint!

Portion sizes are not very big. Ordered the Beef Pho - soup base was average only.
Service was fairly quick. Decent selection of options.

I have very limited knowledge of Vietnamese culture and cuisine, however the Pho and Duck Noodle are amazing here. Tastes like it's been prepared with good quality ingredients and care. It can get busy if you're looking for a quick take-away but this is probably testament to the growing popularity of this place, glad to see it's being supported by the community. Launnie needs more of these shining examples of delicious and healthy diverse cuisine - Morty's food hall could learn a thing or two....
